1. Booking & Payment

To lock in your session, payment in full is required at the time of booking. No payment = no booking. Your time is secured the moment payment is confirmed.

2. Reschedules

You’re allowed to reschedule your session up to two times. Just give me at least 24 hours’ notice each time. After your second reschedule, your session fee is forfeited and you’ll need to book a new session.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

Unlimited & Express Session fees are non-refundable and required to reserve your scheduled time. If you cancel or do not show, your fee will be forfeited. I understand that life happens — if something comes up, please reach out as soon as possible. While rescheduling is not guaranteed, I’ll do my best to accommodate when possible.

For New Hire Sessions, a $100 no-show fee will be charged if the individual does not attend their scheduled appointment. This covers time, preparation, and studio costs associated with holding that slot.

4. What’s Included

• A high-resolution version (great for printing)
• Three web-optimized crops: square, vertical, and horizontal
• Standard retouching: skin, color, exposure, contrast, minor blemish & stray hair cleanup

5. Image Rights

You get full, license-free usage of your final images — personal or professional. Post them, print them, use them on your website, LinkedIn, email signature… go wild.

I also reserve the right to use your images for my portfolio, website, and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Studio Expectations

Show up on time and come ready to shoot. If you're more than 15 minutes late with no notice, I may need to cut your session short or reschedule.
